Our staff understand the concerns and difficulties of making the decision to come into residential care, our trained staff are here to make the transition as smooth as possible to ensure it soon feels like home. Each person is treated as an individual and therefore if you wish to personalise your room to make it familiar and comfortable we will assist in this. We will support you and your family by using life story work and photos and learning of your interests to enhance our knowledge on each new resident. This will help staff to arrange a personalised care plan for you.
If you are currently caring for an elderly person at home and you need a break, or they just need a change of routine and scenery, we can offer short term respite care tailored to your specific needs. This can be pre booked or at short notice if required.
